J Boogie returns for the final single from his “Undercover” album with a tropical burner for the summer. El Ritmo is a carnival ride through the Cumbia sounds of Bang Data, featuring bi-lingual spits from Deuce Eclipse.

The DJ Sabo remix takes us into Moombahton territory for a romp in the club. Sabo is the creator of the Sol Selectas and Moombahton Massive series. He’s been running with Mad Decent, Dave Nada, Munchi & several other Moombahton selectors to create a new scene from the multicultural dembow sound.

No Freedom is a nod to the classic sounds of Afrobeat with Pleasuremaker of Afrolicious laying down the funky groove for MC ZULU to deliver his message of political affairs. Kush Arora bangs out a remix for the club with some aggressive bass and 808 stompers. His mix of Kuduro, UK Funky and Dread Bass takes the horn section into outer space. This single is sure to create some sweat in the clubs over the summer!

J Boogie is the Producer who brings all these artists from different walks of life together into a musical representation of the new tropical sound. Funky, soulful, percussive, and ready for the club.

“It’s on Fire” features a party rocking verse from Lateef the Truthspeaker, who’s been behind catchy tunes with DJ Shadow, Latyrx, Quannum Projects, & Fatboy Slim.

On the remix, B. Bravo is the Bay Area’s latest funkazoid flying in on the Starship Connection, already working with Red Bull Music Acadamy, Frite Nite, Brownswood Electric & Tokyo Dawn. He breaks the track down to a synthed out vocoder double time bass bump.

Just in time for Mardi Gras, New Orleans native DJ Quickie Mart drops a Bounce remix that’ll have southern ladies bumping around Wal Mart. For the uninitiated, Bounce is a hip-hop sound native to New Orleans. A mixture of Baltimore and Miami Bass that’s based off the old skool Triggerman beat. See Diplo, Big Freedia, Sissy Nobby.

DJ Jimmy Love takes us far east for a Non Stop Bhangra remix featuring live Tumbi from Beat Breaker & guest vocals from Mista Chatman aka DJ Collage, who’s been featured on releases with artists such as Dehli2Dublin, Machinedrum, Ghislain Poirier, Meat Beat Manifesto & more.

“It’s on Fire” will also be available on video featuring a cameo from San Francisco’s Apex and his crew repping Montana Colors on rooftops.
